A general contractor is responsible for a storage project as a whole—including planning, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning—all under a single contract. Voltfang assumes this role for commercial and large-scale battery storage systems and subsequently manages the facility during operation.
Yes. A dedicated project management team coordinates civil engineering, electrical installation, utility connections, and commissioning—even when we work with partners. We take full responsibility for the project, and you’ll have a single point of contact.
Yes, these services can also be provided individually—for example, just energy management or just operation and maintenance. You’ll get the most benefit if we support you throughout the project, from analysis through to operation.
Support begins as soon as the system is commissioned: Voltfang monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots your storage system throughout its entire service life, with 24/7 monitoring as well as remote and on-site service provided by our own service engineers. For commercial storage systems, there are three service levels to choose from.
Yes. Together with our partner, Deutsche Leasing, we offer leasing and other financing options, making it possible to get started without a large upfront investment. We’ll determine which option is right for you during our consultation.
Minimal. For the free feasibility analysis, we need your load profile or annual consumption, information about your grid connection, and—if available—PV data. It will take you about 10 minutes.
Yes, right from the start. Storage-specific fire safety requirements are already incorporated into the planning and building permit application to prevent delays in obtaining approval later on.
