Monitoring around the clock
We don’t leave you alone after commissioning. Our service team monitors your system around the clock via remote access and detects anomalies before they become faults. However, should an on-site visit be necessary, our technicians will be with you at short notice. Regular maintenance and software updates ensure that your storage system continues to operate at the optimum performance level – and thus secure the long-term profitability of your investment.
