Fully automated logistics center

The sporting goods manufacturer Teveo relies on a sustainable energy concept in Ansbach: a large PV system, a 750 kWh battery storage system and intelligent controls make the new logistics center energy-efficient and future-proof. With office space, a warehouse and 16 charging points for electric vehicles, the entire infrastructure is operated in a climate-friendly manner.

Implemented use case

All processes in the new logistics center are fully automated and energy-efficient. The 749 kWp PV system produces large amounts of green electricity, which is used flexibly by the battery storage system. This secures the supply to the buildings, systems and charging infrastructure – regardless of grid fluctuations.

Aim of the project

Teveo wanted to reduce operating costs, make its logistics more sustainable and use its own energy directly within the company. In addition, the charging infrastructure for vehicles was to be integrated into the overall concept in a future-proof manner.

Our customized solution

A 750 kWh battery storage system with an output of 300 kW was installed, controlled by an intelligent energy management system. This system ensures maximum use of PV power, stabilizes the processes in the logistics center and makes the entire infrastructure energy-efficient and climate-friendly.
