At Voltfang, we are working on more than just storage systems; we are building the infrastructure for a new type of energy supply. Our mission is clear: to make renewable energies plannable, flexible and economically viable and thus gradually end our dependence on fossil fuels.
In the middle of a renovated industrial park, we develop, plan and implement intelligent battery storage solutions. For companies that want to take their energy into their own hands. Our systems combine high-performance storage technology with a proprietary energy management system that controls energy flows in real time.
Precise data, robust systems and clean interfaces are not extras for us, but the basis of our work.

FAQs on the application
Your CV is sufficient as an application. Ideally, make sure that each section contains a brief description of your activities. We would also be pleased to receive details of your salary expectations and your preferred starting date. If available, references such as side projects or a portfolio are also welcome to give us a comprehensive impression of your skills.
Our application process usually extends over a period of 1-2 weeks from application to contract signature, depending on the appointment. We attach great importance to swift processing and strive to keep the process as short as possible. As you set the date for your application yourself, you also have a certain amount of influence on the speed of the process. We will always keep you up to date and inform you immediately of any delays.
Our selection process consists of several steps. First, we review your documents, followed by three interviews. We conduct the first interview online with our recruiting contact Natascha. The second interview usually takes place in person and involves your future manager and possibly another team member. This gives you the opportunity to gain a comprehensive insight into the job, the team and the company. Finally, we have a short interview with our founder David. For some positions, additional tasks or reference interviews may be required, but these tend to be exceptions.
The induction phase with us begins on the first day with general onboarding, which gives you an overview of our processes and the company. You will then receive specific onboarding tailored to your department and your tasks in order to prepare you optimally for your activities. You will also be assigned a buddy to support you with questions and challenges.
