Voltfang finances projects together with investors and banks. Owners and municipalities bear no investment costs.

In Germany, there are currently hardly any direct subsidies for large-scale battery storage. Funding primarily exists through favorable loan programs (e.g., KfW) or European initiatives like the EU Innovation Fund. Voltfang individually assesses for each project whether funding is appropriate.
Voltfang bears the risks of development, construction, and operation. Landowners and municipalities benefit from fixed revenues without their own financial risk.
